Fellowship Program
Selection Process
The program is open to individuals holding graduate degrees in health care administration, business administration, mission services, ethics, and other related fields. Previous relevant work experience is desirable. Trinity is committed to affirmative actions to develop a culturally diverse organization.
A selection committee will review all applications and notify candidates of their preliminary selection by the beginning of December. Finalists will be invited for interviews at the corporate headquarters in Novi, Mich. Final selection will be made by mid December.
The following elements will be considered in the selection process:
- Perceived likelihood that the individual can be comfortable with and supportive of the philosophy and values of Trinity Health
- Academic performance in graduate school
- Perceived potential for leadership in the field
- Demonstrated commitment to community service
- Level of interest in multi-unit health care systems
- Communication skills (written and verbal)
