The Ann Arbor Home Infusion Pharmacy is part of the Trinity Health Ann Arbor Department of Pharmacy Services. We are located within the Inpatient Pharmacy Department on the Ann Arbor Campus.
We provide home infusion pharmacy services across all seven of the Southeastern Michigan Trinity Health Ministry Organizations. We collaborate with the Trinity Health home care nursing agencies and hospices. Our service lines include; TPN, hydration, steroids, antibiotics, pain management, line maintenance and other requested therapies.
We participate with most health insurance plans, drug cards, and major medical providers. We provide clinical support to our health care providers and patients 24/7.
