I understand that a certain amount of time is alloted for patient visits, and my appointment was unusual. Nevertheless, I feel as if I did my part in telling the office staff about the nature of my visit and the amount of time it might take. Still, I am generally happy with the office and the services it provides. I think this is just an unusual circustance.
