I came in with an embarrassing medical problem and Nicole took more time than I expected her to take to help me understand the problem , find resources, and discuss follow up. Her bedside manner was phenomenal and even when I cried, she showed me empathy and compassion. I was super thankful for her care.

She was excellent. I’m normally reticent with information. The info she drew out of me helped us develop a treatment plan, some short term meds, a chest x-ray, and a couple referrals for the near future. I’d give her A+++ for her patient communication.

I am hopeful that the nurse practitioner I met with will stay for awhile at this location. I will definitely return to see her while she is there. It feels like the last few years when I call I’m told to go to urgent care or the doctor comes in and completes and check list and leaves. This visit was like it used to be. I can see building a relationship with her as a provider and feeling like she knows my history. She was wonderful!
