Wanted provider (doctor) to stay longer - left quickly since I was 1st patient-guess she did not want to be behind, even though I was early about 20 minutes- I checked in at 8:05 appt was not until 8:40, took me early, left quickly
The appointment seemed a little lengthy, but the Doctor did have a resident working with her.
Dr picked up on a medical problem I didn't realize I had.
As stated, Dr. Alexa was very understanding for my first visit with her. I felt very comfortable in sharing my concerns with her and I felt really good about her suggested path to look at my issues

I noticed in my after visit notes, that there was note on things that were not actually checked in the appointment. For instance, she did not check my eyes, ears, or nose. However, the notes make it seem like those things were looked at.

In 2 years I've only met with her 3x, one of which was virtual. I never feel like I am getting undivided attention, always feel rushed, at times she seems distracted.

Dr. Stavropolous genuinely listens and is empathic when dealing with patient's issues and concerns. Also, the nurse who took my vitals (Laverne) was fantastic. She was very detailed and explained everything as she went through the required tests.
Dr. Stravropolous took the place of my PCP. I was upset that my PCP was leaving, but I'm thankful I gave Dr. S a try. I really appreciate her a like her a lot. Dr. S is a great listening and knows what to do!!
