Dr Kupstas is a brilliant surgeon. My cancer is very rare, but she understands it. I feel 100% confident in her care. At the same time she is the most kind and friendly doctor I have ever worked with. She carefully explains everything, listens to my concerns and respects my opinions. I feel like we are a team in making treatment decisions.
Dr Kupstas explained the expected process over the next few months which was helpful.
Dr. Kupstas is so genuine, down to earth. She has a way of making you feel everything is going to be alright even when there could possibly be negative side affects. In other words, she doesn’t “sugarcoat”. I wouldn’t have it any other way. I wish more doctors were like her.

I arrived on time for my appt, got into the examining room in a timely manner and then waited 45 minutes for the dr to come in. She seemed in a hurry - perhaps because she was running behind. I felt hurried out the door. Not a particularly pleasant experience.
