She spent time telling me about her credentials so I knew I could trust her. She also spent time explaining things to me; why/how this medication worked for me, what I could do to stay off of insulin and why that was a good idea. She was very very informative and caring and got the pharmacy people involved. I left feeling like I was a part of a team with the goal to getting me as healthy as I could be.
