She answered my questions well and was helpful in explaining the how and why of procedures. She also looked ahead and was good about telling me when to schedule things and what to do with meds. Very nice to talk to and knowledgeable in this field.

Amy was caring, relaxed, well informed about my condition and concerns. She offered me a few ways I can improve my heart wellness. She did not make me feel rushed, and made sure I understood what she was explaining about my condition and what my follow-up should be. IE. meds, weight loss, exercise.
