Ashley offered information on what she observed including how to modify my diet to help the issue, some over the counter medications and other procedures that were needed to remedy the situation. Ashley took a lot of care to understand my history and health concerns. She then was extremely clear when describing the exam, her findings, and next steps. She made a new (and vulnerable) experience feel much easier due to her kindness, approachability, and humor!
