He changed my medication without telling me what he was changing it to and why. As a retired RN I like facts and data.
He is very professional. He asked me a lot of questions and explained very clearly my afib condition what approach I need to take. He did not just immediately prescribe a med as most other Dr's seem to do, instead he advised me on lifestyle modifications I could try fist and se if that will help, then revisit and see what needs to happen. I have great confidence in his advice!
Friendly and patient. He translated and described the ultrasound video of my heat valve regurgitation and setup a blood test to follow up on my cholesterol levels. I wish all physicians had his patience and willingness to answer questions.
I look forward to working with him in the future. He is great at interacting with his patients.

The only thing that I think is an issue at Michigan heart is the front desk people need some help you shouldn't have to be on hold for 10 minutes when you need to call the office they are very courteous but they need help

The worst doctor experience I have ever had. No concern for trying to help. Could tell me what is not wrong with me but offered no insight into what it could be or what other testing could be done. I have never felt worse after leaving a doctor
