He cares more about my health than even I do. If it were up to me, I would be prescribed to OxyContin and steroids. I never would ask for either, but Dr. Buckler only will do what’s best and safest for the patient.

Dont tell your patients "sometimes drs dont have the answers" instead try i dont know whats going on but we can figure it out. Dont tell patients "i didnt make your results come back normal"

He was a very nice Dr. But the audio taping NO. He may wanted to type it into the laptop but in the end it was typed in to the notes. So why use the cell phone. And I can bet that it was already deleted from his cell phone. Conversations should not be recorded in a drs office !

i am VERY glad Mercy is my HC provider... i feel well cared for and valued.
The provider did not knock while coming in. I noticed that he did not sanitize his hands before touching the patients nostril not after the check was done. He wore a glove to further check and after that he did not wash his hands. The patiient complained that the provider's hand smelled of dried spit. The provider was continuously going through the same instruction again and again with the patient.

Dr B can be neglectful in responding to portals messages.
The first time I saw him I waited 40 minutes I asked him if this is the norm he said no about 20 minutes late is the norm this time he was 55 minutes late and I had to leave before I seen him
His assistant is great, also. They make a very good team.
