Doc is great. She always comes in with a smile and sits down and takes the time to make sure all questions are answered or even troubleshoot other ideas that need or might be explored. For example, in my experience, we are working to try to get a GLP one covered Through the insurance, which has been quite a train wreck.
She answers questions and is interested in my health.
Dr Pape is a caring doctor she listens to her patients and explains everything so you can understand

Dr. Pape not only takes all the time she needs with me...she takes all the time I need with her which I feel is very rare these days in the medical field. There is rarely a wait. If your appointment is 10:00 you are usually in with the Dr. by 10:15 which i find very respectful.

Dr. Pape was knowledgeable in her field but fairly negative about care I received at a previous concierge medicine facility without fully understanding their practice. Her jokes and lack of understanding pertaining to this experience made me feel uncomfortable and somewhat embarrassed for seeking care there. I would feel more comfortable with someone else who would not judge me based on care I received in the past.
She was so understanding and was pleasant to explain her overall usage of the same medication and how it works for her.
