Dr. Ghuneim received his medical education from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. He completed his internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at McLaren Hospital in Oakland Michigan.

When asked about his philosophy of care, Dr. Ghuneim said, 

"It is a privilege and honor to be entrusted by my patients to care for them in their time of need, as such I will do everything in my power to provide the highest level of care for every patient." 

Dr. Ghuneim's clinical interests include pulmonary hypertension, peripheral vascular disease with a specific interest in venous disease and advanced cardiac imaging.

In his spare time, Dr. Ghuneim enjoys spending time with the love of his life, his wife, and three wonderful children.

Trinity health told mom she had to make the appointment as follow up from hospital stay. Dr. came in and asked so why are we seeing you today. So she responded- bc I was told to make this appointment. Good doctor but as a new patient he didn’t have the information from Trinity as to why she was being seen.

His nurse was pleasant and informative. The girl who did my EKG was pleasant as well. She did tell me Dr. Would look at the EKG and explain the results, he did not do this. Actually I’ve considered calling the office and ask to speak with his nurse to explain how disappointed I was so I do hope this little feedback dose get back to Dr Ghuneim.

This was the second time I spent with this doc. The first appt was extremely brief, and so was this one. Did not take the time to know me or my history. Previous docs in this practice spent much more time. Felt very rushed. He was very pleasant, but was with me no than 3 minutes.
