Excellent grasp of my health issues
Dr. Gates is very caring, knowledgeable and answers all my questions, he has patience and personality plus.
I had a video follow up from an in person visit. Unfortunately I had to take the call while out of state for work. The physician was unable to provide a full consultation due to my presence outside Michigan (understandable). He advised to schedule a video follow up as soon as I return. When I attempted to do this - all appointments are in person both on the App and after an office call. Meaning; I have now to wait for an in person follow up for 1 month! This is incredibly frustrating.
Highly Recommend Dr. Gates listens carefully. I never feel rushed and explains everything perfectly I feel like my heath is in Excellent care

I asked to speak to somebody in scheduling after she helped me she hung up on me

From Check-In to my vitals being taken by a young lady prior to Doctor Gates entering the room for my appointment was smooth and easy. Doctor gates was easy to talk to and listened to my concerns and needs concerning my knee. I was given a referral to an Orthopedic Surgeon which concluded my Primary Care visit. Check-Out was equally smooth and seamless. I was lacking a Primary Care Doctor prior to this visit and feel I now have a new doctor I can rely on and trust.
