About
John A. Hopper, MD is the System Department Chair for Internal Medicine and Trinity Health Ann Arbor and Livingston Hospital. His clinical work is with IHA Recovery Medicine and IHA Hospital Medicine. Dr. Hopper graduated from the Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed residency training in Combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of North Carolina, where he served as Co-Chief Resident in Pediatrics. He is recognized as a national expert in addiction medicine. Dr. Hopper serves on the voluntary clinical faculty at Central Michigan University College of Medicine, Georgetown University School of Medicine, Michigan Medicine, the University of Toledo College of Medicine and the Wayne State University School of Medicine.
