She treated me like i was a ticket at a deli. Interrupting, not listening, said what she needed to say and left. Left no room for conversation.

I felt she was frustrated with me on and off. I was in great amount of pain, scared, overwhelmed. She mentioned the OR twice when I was tensing up. In reality, I was doing my best and needed empathy in that moment. The appointment ended with her saying that the item she inserted would probably fall out bc she has a hard getting them to stay in. This made me question why we did this in the first place and made me anxious about this happening again.
