I was not a happy camper when my former provider retired, but was satisfied and comfortable when Katy took her place (or when I was assigned to be under Katy's care). Katy is friendly, always seems upbeat, shows respect to me, as her "patient," asks questions, listens, and does not push me into things that I do not want to do. I am happy and grateful to be under Katy's care, and I hope that she does not leave Trinity Health until after I am no longer able to get to the office. Thank you, Katy!
