At no point did Dr. Do make me feel rushed or as if he wasn’t listening. He was friendly and attentive throughout my introductory visit with him. He made me feel that my health was important to him as well.
The staff was excellent too
All positive. I did have to wait, but I was thankful to be seen within a day of calling.
I think he’s a great example of what a Doctor should strive to be like.
Dr Do was very thorough in explaining my situation and symptoms and what best to do to get well.

Both he and his assistant were very easy to talk to. Not judgmental at all at the things I have let go slack about my health.

The only frustrating part was that I had to wait 6 days to get an appointment. My knee was so painful I could hardly get around my condo. My knee was even painful when I wasn’t on it and the difference after the shot in my knee was very helpful!

Dr.Do is so so attentive. He really listens to you and spends the time you need with him. He made sure all the boxes were checked and there was a well set plan for my healthcare when i left. i left feeling confident instead of concerned or scared. I am very fortunate to have found a very respectful and fantastic doctor.

Actively listened to my concerns, made the office visit pleasant, and felt like I had known him for much longer than this being my first visit. When you are not feeling you best, and you get a bad health care provider, it is awful. I hit a homerun with Dr. Do, and I will preach that to anyone interested.
I was highly pleased with the care that I received from Dr Do. His use of technology to record the dialogue allowed him to have a good focus and accurately record data simultaneously. I appreciate the amount of time he spent to address my concerns. #efficient #effective

I did an at home Covid test this past Sunday & tested positive. I called IHA Trinity Auburn Hills & was told my physician Dr. Culver had no openings until near Christmas. So I was told Dr. Kevin Do was available the same day I was calling. Since I live in Lake Orion, it was very convenient to be only 10 mins from the Lake Orion IHA Trinity office. It was wonderful to be seen the same day I called for an appointment.

I was very pleased with my interaction with Dr. Do as this was my first office visit with him. I and my family have been patients of Dr. Larsen for over 25 years and she was simply the best and miss her since she retired. I was impressed with Dr. Do’’s professionalism, knowledge and care.
I'm so grateful for Dr Do's knowledge, guidance and compassion. He's suggested several things to me previously that have been helpful. Dr. Do is wonderful and I'm grateful to be in his care.

I really appreciated Dr Do asking abt using a recording device and I really appreciated it as it made me feel much more seen, heard & understood and Dr Do doesn’t have to rewrite all his notes - just edit.
All involved were friendly and courteous.
