Mary was very good at explaining medication changes. She said next step is to see Dr Han for further care. Since we're now a week later with no changes in symptoms we're very disappointed that we have to be on a wait list again to see Dr Han.

took 2 visits for her to finally get my humor. 2nd visit she figured it out and laughed along with my wife and I. That alone helped ease the tension I have about medical settings personally. Not a reflection on staff just internal emotional discomfort. Think I need a 3rd visit to get her up to my speed of full humor. LOL.
