Mikala is a phenomenal provider and person. I trust her with my family, even my most precious people...my kids. She is knowledgable, compassionate, and explains things in terms I understand. 100% send your kids to see Mikala because she does a great job.

This was my first visit with Mikala. She went over all of my test results and all of my medications. She eliminated some and reduced some dosages which really pleased me. She explained what all my test results meant. I think this visit was extremely productive! I really enjoyed my visit with Mikala

9/17 was my first visit with her. She was very easy to talk to. All of my questions were answered by her or her nurse. Mikala spent a lot of time with me on my first visit. I feel she is a great fit for me for all of my medical needs.

Wasn’t qualified for my visit. I was originally supposed to see a DO but my appointment got switched without my consent to a PA.

Although I.approved the recording of the visit on Mikala's phone, I was somewhat uncomfortable with it and I.donr think I will allow it on future visits. Otherwise the visit went well and I was satisfied with the plan of care.

I recommended her to my daughter and son-in-law who recently moved to the Muskegon area. I am much happier with Mikala than my previous primary care provider.

She comes into the appointment and does not listen to my health concerns. I came to the visit because I have tried otc methods. I have cut out certain foods. I am drinking at least 84 oz of water or more. My dignity is compromised when I havw to run to the restroom after every meal or snack. The help I needed from her was not giving to me. I am going on week 3 with watery stools. I reported I feel weak and lethargic. I wanted to see a GI specialist to take a closer look at my GI system. Something is deathly wrong. I get so much push back from her when I try to address my medical concerns. I leave visits with her feeling disappointed and even more concerned for my health than before I had the visit with her. I am trying to advocate for my healt.
