She is absolutely wonderful, I will only see her, not even my actual pcp. Thats how much I enjoy her and her knowledge!

I think my initial comment speak for themselves. It really was a breakdown across multiple levels that gave me a terrible experience and is making me severely question why I'm going to this clinic in the first place. I have many other options and I am going to start looking at those at this time.

I left in so much pain and the swelling was getting worse by the minute. By noon when I got my prescription it had tripled. And the pain doubled

There was confusion as to why Nicole wanted me to come to the office. I was expecting to see someone for my depression at the office - only to be told that was not going to happen on the 9/23/25 visit. I hated the time that I selected (6:45 am) - but thinking I was going to see someone for my depression - I stuck it out; however, after all was said and done, this 9/23/25 office visit was a complete waste of time. I just had an expectation that was not met and as a result, I left the office not happy. I will now wait to see Paul, physician assistant, regarding my sleep issues - if I still have this problem when he returns to work.

A person of my age, my medicines shouldn’t have been addressed, I went to get blood work prior to the visit and no labs were entered now making me trying to find time in a very busy week work schedule, only 15 minutes were spent with me and I am more than middle age.
