This is the first time I met with Dr Greenstein. She impressed me with her knowledge and expertise; asking various questions, assuring me that there are options, explaining in simpler terms for my understanding. She gave me time to ask any questions that I might have.
I believe that when a patient takes the time to sit down and express their concerns and fears about a heart condition especially in the presence of a cardiologist they should be given the space and time to speak freely. This provider shoulr treat their patients better . When a patoent has concerns or questions its there job to listen and explain. How I felt when I left the office was very let down and felt like I was a bother. From the time she walked in the room saying why are you here to her attitude when I asked questions. Very unprofessional
