She was very thorough in providing my annual physical exam. She didn't just review my blood test results. She also ask questions about and my recommendations for lifestyle behaviors. Prior to my appointment and after I had blood drawn, she had provided me with analysis of the test results on the portal. I have never had a doctor provide me with analysis after a blood test and prior to an appointment.
She was wonderful

The doctor would interrupt me when I was trying to explain my situation. I had blood work done on a Monday, got most test results back that day I hadn't heard anything so on Wednesday I called and I was told the doctor normally waits 72 hours before responding to test results, I was unaware of this. There was a note stating that nothing was concerning but was waiting for one more test to come back. I didn't hear back until that Friday. When I did finally get a response regarding my test results they were not helpful at all, basically it's up to me to decide what I want to do and was given no guidance.
She didn't explain anything. Just said she would like to visit the concerns after the bloodwork, yet she didn't reach out to address as expected.

Scheduled appointments should always start on time, especially if patient arrives 20-30 minutes ahead of appointment. And when checking out, if next steps is to get lab work and imaging, that information & scheduling should be provided at check out time.

there is always room for improvement
I left my second visit feeling patronized and like I hadn’t been heard. I had cryotherapy done on a wart that day. I was told to let them know if it hurt. So I did. It hurt a lot and I’ve had warts frozen off before. Then they offered me a “cute little bandaid.” It just wasn’t the best experience. Along with the sickness example from an earlier question, I left my appointment feeling as though I’d been complaining. Ideally, a doctor is a person you should “complain” to.
