I felt quite uncomfortable during my last visit. I came seeking clarification and a better understanding of my post-surgery recovery, but unfortunately, I encountered a dismissive attitude from Ryan. He interrupted me on two separate occasions and then proceeded to discuss my condition with my husband while I sat there feeling disregarded. I want to assure you that my demeanor was not aggressive at all. I am not upset with my care and understand that I am still healing. I simply wanted to understand what was happening with my body and why. Lacking a medical background, I am unfamiliar with the intricacies of nerve and muscle healing. I was merely hoping for some answers, but instead, I received a defensive response. This was quite disappointing, as I left with even more questions than I had initially.

i've been to this provider and his support staff many times and i'm always treated like their only patient. never rushed, always taking their time. always thorough and has my best interest in mind.

The reason I listed time spent with me as less, was that the wait time was quite long for an early morning appointment. I would expect back ups later in the day.

I felt kind of rushed
I was given Dr. Luders name by my cousins and had my dr refer me to him. I was really hoping for a great experience and I felt like I traveled 6 hrs in one day from Harbor Springs and Back. Skipped a work board meeting for basically nothing. maybe my expectations were too high but I didn't leave feeling very good . I was just left with unanswered questions without a real plan of attack to find out what happened and to fix me. I need help and I needed it last november and I'm still here fighting to be heard 10 months later .I just need to be believed and heard. I promise you absolutely none of this is psychological. It's right there in front of you if you look for it. Please please help me!!!
