At my appointment in June last year. He explained that he had read an echo preformed & read by another person. He would be performing his own echo at my next appointment. Requesting I return in 1 year for that. I called the beginning of May to schedule. At that time I was told they were scheduling for August. If an opening occurred they would contact me. I had plans for August & was not able to recontact until September. Scheduling was at that time for October, was not able to get an appointment until November!! Now I go in prepared for the afore mentioned echo & was only a consult. Now have to return for the actual test in December.

Researched and found this great cardiologist. Anxiously waited 3 months to finally see him. Tried calling the office multiple times before the appointment never could get through on the phone. All this time and effort was wasted because after my appointment I'm told they don't take my insurance even though it is listed on website. Time is of the essence when it comes to your heart. Great Doctor, office staff and system needs extreme work.
