Theresa earned her Master of Science in Parent Child Nursing and is a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) with over 26 years of experience in women’s health. She provides comprehensive care for women from puberty through menopause, including primary care, gynecologic exams, family planning, and pregnancy care. While Theresa no longer performs deliveries, she continues to support expectant mothers during pregnancy and offers postpartum care. She is also skilled in managing a variety of gynecological concerns and performing routine annual exams.

I had a great visit with Theresa Starr. But my partner felt like he wasn’t really part of the conversation. It would be good for HCPs to speak to both people. Language like “you guys� and “both of you� rather than just talking to me.

I cannot say enough good things about her. I wish all providers were as astute when taking care of their patients. I have had a very painful on-going problem since February, when I lived in a different state. She welcomed me and listened like she had always taken care of me.

I felt my appointment was a little rushed. It was a yearly physical so while I'm sure the provider did a thorough job, it felt like I didn't have a lot of time to think of questions or how to verbalize my concerns.
