Chelsea Community Support RFP

Chelsea Hospital supports its community partners with cash and in-kind gifts through its community benefit program. These gifts must be used for a community benefit purpose, to address a need identified in the hospital’s community health needs assessment.

Non-profit organizations that are implementing programs or services that address these community needs may apply for funding to support their work through the St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea 2022 Community Benefit funding program.

To apply for funding, download the Application Form and two Appendices. All application materials are due by February 21, 2022. Applicants are encouraged to contact the Community Health Improvement Manager, Reiley Curran, with any questions at 734-593-5279, or reiley.curran@trinity-health.org.
