The Trinity Health Office of Philanthropy services as the philanthropic arm of our lakeshore health ministries. This includes Trinity Health Muskegon, Trinity Health Shelby, Trinity Health Grand Haven and Trinity Health At Home - Grand Haven (formerly Hospice of North Ottawa Community).
