Interview Process

Interview Process

All interviews are conducted virtually in a half-day format. Applicants may choose from either a morning or afternoon session:

  • Morning Session: 8:45 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (EST)
  • Afternoon Session: 12:00 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. (EST)

Each afternoon session includes a virtual meet-and-greet with current residents from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

To support a comfortable and engaging experience, scheduled breaks are built into the interview day. We encourage candidates to have something on hand - such as a book or other quiet activity - for use during downtime.
