Hannah D’Antonio

- PharmD: University of Michigan
- Clinical interests: Ambulatory Care and Internal Medicine
- What attracted me to THMI: After having two IPPE rotations at THAA during my P3 year, I got a glimpse of how well this program would support me in my growth as a pharmacist and as a professional. I also worked alongside many past residents of the program during my APPE rotations, who emphasized the amount of knowledge they obtained and support they received during their residency year. THAA attracted me not only due to their positive and motivating environment but also due to the rotations offered in my interest areas with flexibility if my interests may change throughout the year. Overall, I am confident that this program will prepare me with the skills necessary to provide outstanding patient care.
- Outside of pharmacy, I enjoy: Reading, playing with my dog, and spending time with family and friends.
Alle Hoover

- PharmD: University of Michigan
- Clinical interests: Internal Medicine and Critical Care
- What attracted me to THMI: I’ve had the privilege of working as a pharmacy intern at THAA since I was a P1, and during that time, I’ve been able to see what makes the residency program here so special. Motivated, welcoming, and supportive preceptors provide a residency experience that I think is truly unique. I wanted to complete my residency training here because it will challenge me and shape me into a well-rounded clinical pharmacist, without sacrificing my well-being.
- Outside of pharmacy, I enjoy: Hiking, spending time with friends and family, and playing with my dog Teddy.
Stella Petrovici
stella.archiyan@trinity-health.org
- PharmD: University of Michigan
- Clinical interests: Neonatal Intensive Care/Pediatrics and Geriatrics
- What attracted me to THMI: My interest in THAA first arose during my second year of pharmacy school where I shadowed a fourth-year student rotating with a pharmacist who specializes in cardiology. This first exposure to rounding with an interdisciplinary medical team left a lasting impact on me. Despite having limited clinical knowledge in this specialty, the entire team appeared to value my pharmacy-based perspective in their patient cases. I recall the pharmacist taking the opportunity to not only educate their APPE student on the nuances of the patient cases, but also to gauge my current level of understanding to ensure that both of us had the necessary foundational knowledge to effectively manage patients. The preceptors at THAA are strongly devoted to educating the next generation of pharmacists and have inspired me to apply to this residency program. Additionally, I completed my Health Systems APPE here. This experience provided me with the opportunity to learn from the 2024-2025 PGY-1 residents about all of the outstanding and unique opportunities that they are afforded through this institution, such as providing pharmacy education on World Kidney Day.
- Outside of pharmacy, I enjoy: Traveling abroad, learning new languages, attending comedy shows and live artistic performances, and most importantly, spending time with friends and family.
Hailey Zalupski
hailey.york@trinity-health.org
- PharmD: Ferris State University
- Clinical interests: Critical Care and Cardiology
- What attracted me to THMI: I was attracted to THAA’s opportunities related to my clinical interests as well as the program’s flexibility to tailor the rotation schedule to align with my goals. I was excited by the opportunity to participate in Code Blue Response, and I was also very interested in the teaching and precepting opportunities at THAA through the University of Michigan. Talking with the residents and preceptors at Midyear and throughout the interview process solidified that THAA offered everything that I need to be successful!
- Outside of pharmacy, I enjoy: Crocheting, cuddling my fur babies, spending time with family, wine tasting, and watching crime TV shows.
