Researcher Requirements

All researchers must complete and submit to the Office of Research & Innovation the following requirements prior to IRB submission and any research activity taking place:

• Current CV (signed/dated < 2 years)
• Proof of license
• Financial Conflict of Interest (FCOI)
• Education and training
