Shane Gregory, PT, DPT, CSCS

Shane is an alum of the University of Tennessee Chattanooga PT Program. He graduated from his sports physical therapy residency with TrinityElite in March 2025 and currently works at Peak Performance Physical Therapy, a private practice dedicated to helping athletes and active adults achieve their goals. He plans to sit for the Sports Clinical Specialist exam in the 2026 testing cycle. Shane is especially passionate about working with football players, focusing on guiding them through safe return to sport programs and enhancing their on-field performance.

Kevin Marchelletta, PT, DPT

Kevin is a physical therapist who graduated from Marshall University School of Physical Therapy. He completed the TrinityElite Sports Residency in January 2024. It is Kevin’s passion and privilege to help individuals return to their best versions of themselves whether that be during the game of play or a weekend of hiking through the woods.
